Dryland and Practice Information

No tryouts, all abilities welcome

Dryland practices starts:   Early to mid-November. Exact date TBD - (Nordic is permitted to begin anytime; we do not have to wait for the CHSAA winter sports season to begin)

Dryland Location: Monday - Friday at BMHS at 4 pm

On-Snow: Monday/Wednesday/Friday at Vail Nordic Center, T/Th at Maloit Park in Minturn (subject to change)

Ski Gear: We can provide most of the skate and classic gear (skis/boots/poles) to most of the team, although we recommend that experienced/advanced skiers provide their own gear if possible. The Vail Nordic Center also rents gear for the season at a discounted rate to the team.

Other Information: We will have dryland training at BMHS until the Nordic Center opens for the season. Sometimes that's in November, sometimes late December or even January. Students carpool together or with parents to the practice venues.
