Athletics

            Battle Mountain has a strong tradition in athletics.
​We use CHSAANow.com and our coaches use MaxPreps.com for all official team scores, records, and standings. For the most up-to-date and official schedules, please use westernslopeleagueco.org. Events are subject to change. Sign up for email alerts for any schedule updates. Battle Mountain is a member of the Western Slope League and Colorado High School Activities Association, which governs all competitive play.

All currently enrolled Battle Mountain High School students are able to participate in all 20+ athletic offerings! If you do not attend BMHS, you could still be eligible to represent the Huskies on the court, field, mountain, course, and stage! If your current high school does not offer the team that you are interested in, you are welcome to try out for the Huskies! If the school you attend does offer the sport that you'd like to play, you are required by the CHSAA to participate for your school.
